In MySQL, most of the time when we create a database for a new project, we also create a user for that database and grant privileges to the user on that database. So, that user can manage the database individually. Working with users and privileges and having a good understanding about this subject is critical for database management.
We usually have at least one user for each database created on our MySQL server. Because, it's not recommended to use the root user to manage database in case of security.
In this tutorial, we will be learning how to create and delete MySQL users and also how to grant, check, and revoke the privileges that we give to the MySQL user.
