How to create and use Access Team templates and add them to a Solution

Thanks for making this video. I have a client that is extremely excited about using this feature. Is there a way to increate the number of Access Teams Templates allowed per table? Right now I can only create two per table.

Is it safe to rename the automatically generated access team name? Im getting a long hash for a name. Also does anyone know where to find more info on how access teams work with related tables? I have a 3 level table structure location -> room -> items in a room. I need a team to have access only to rooms and items that are related to their location

New to MDA, Question about the access teams rights.... When a new users is assigned to a to And Access team template, do they receive the full rights of access (ie Create / read/write/delete/ append / append to / etc) I have a situation where I would like the PM of a project record to provide the access to their data.

When you create an access team template, you define what the Access rights are for the access team members. You can create 2 access team templates for the record with 1 for your PM with full Access rights and a second one for non-PM members with just Read (and/or Update) rights.
