I wanted to ask, clipchamp trasncribed the text well, but i wont to translate all that from Arabic to English - does cipchamp do that?

@@Harristory as far as I know, it doesn’t. The way I do this is throw it into a basic text editor, copy all the texts with the timecodes and paste it to ChatGPT. Prompt it to translate it all for you and now you have the texts. Works pretty well but not 100%. Then you have to paste it back into the original .srt file and save it as a new .srt

It is true that Clipchamp has many languages features BUT it doesn't work. I also translated myself the captions from English to Spanish & it doesn't work. They need to enable the caption feature so, people can translate their videos in any language. Clipchamp should pay us for adding words & grammar to their AI. The KZbin translation is ok but it is not perfect.

Hi Kasper! Thanks for the video. I am using the subtitles in German in Clipchamp for a while. Worked very good until now. But now I have the problem, that Clipchamp is creating subtitles, which make no sense in any language. I tried it with different videos, but its always the same issue. Thanks a lot for watching 😊 I honestly have no idea. I don’t work with Clipchamp, so all I know is the information that’s out there. Probably it’s just an update that went wrong, but this is just guessing. All of this being said, if you use Premiere, it also supports German for automatic captions 😊
