Ancient! Hey at least it’s the first video that comes up when I type “warhammer barbed wire.”

That is the most amazing barbwire I have seen. That it would work as barbed wire is frightening. Lots of stuck finger potential. Nice work.

Super simple but super effective. I never would have thought of the wrap then cut method to make the spiky bits. Thanks so much for posting that video.

how to create barbed wire, by really making barbed wire. Here I am figuring there is a trick to it.This may take time but it's always nice when stuff looks real because it is.

Built a 1/48th scale F-84 20+ years ago, putting it on a tarmac parking area. Used plastistruct for fence posts and wedding veil for chain link. For barbed wire, used the nylon/plastic mesh bags you get when you buy onions for example. Cut the bag apart to the same lengths, then would make sure the "barbs" on one length went between the other "barbs". With Dremel and pliers would SLOWLY turn everything till I had it looking like barbed wire. Then applied liquid cement to the entire length to keep everything together.

Brilliant and simple, easy idea what gauge of wire did you use please? and for what scale would it work for?
@billd.iniowa22639 жыл бұрын
Thanx. Very concise. Well done! If I had some jewler's tools, I could try this for 10mm WWII. But the wire at that scale is pretty thin...

i dont know why i didnt think to look for something like this years ago lol i used to cut small bits of wire for the barbs and wrap them one at a time, this is a lot easier
@JesseCuster Жыл бұрын
That's exactly what I was planning on doing before I saw this video. Probably would have produced a lot of cursing from me.
@razieltalos Жыл бұрын
@@JesseCuster yep, lots of dirty and poked fingertips too lol this way is much easier

Very cool. How would you make an electrical fence look like it has electricity flowing through it?
@SavageGerbil2 жыл бұрын
React spasmodically when you touch it, outside of warning signs and the insulators, that's the only visual indicator that it's something to avoid. Good rule of thumb, always be second in line for climbing over a fence
