In this video, you will learn how to create Blends in Revit. Blends are very similar to extrusions except for a couple of things. Instead of there being only one profile to edit, there are two. Both a top and a bottom profile. The idea is that the blend will take both profiles and blend the final result together. The only other thing to determine is the length of the blend much like the length of any other extrusion. Finally, you can add more twists to the blend depending on the vertices of the profiles to create a more dramatic blend.

Is it posible to make a swept blent locked on a ref. line ? and make it parametric

That is a great question, Victor! What exactly are you looking to make parametric with the blend? The reference line moving?

When i try using a void to cut out portion underneeth a slab, i cant seem to get it to show has "hidden" lines from the plan view like a coffer slab

You might try copying and pasting the void in place. It may be that it will just not cut. You could also check the visibility graphics in that you have generic models or whatever you used to make the void.

is it possible using swept blend at 90 angle?

Unfortunately it is not given that a swept blend only allows for a single line segment. This can be curved but just one line segment. You would have to use a sweep or a couple of sweeps or blends.
