For a half cup size use “size 42” For full cup size eyeball the size with your breast and buy the appropriate cups or when you get to market (choose xxxL and above) place it over your breast to see which one fits.

You can stitch the traps(boning channels) before sewing the neckline of the bustier and later insert the bone. Hope I got your question right? In case you don’t want to use bra cups, then you will need to wear an off bra ( especially when you don’t have a firm breast).
