If it doesn't work Make sure the flash/pen drive is on the top of boot priority and change the boot from legacy to UEFI in the boot menu! Hope i have helped you out.

Please Keep in mind, You can easily create a Bootable USB for Windows using Linux, but please keep in mind that the partition style must be MBR, it is not supporting GPT.

For some reason it did not work. I did move the usb to the top in the bios. there was no error. i would like to put win 11 on and delete ubuntu. I reboot computer and it just gives black screen then loads ubuntu. Lenovo W550s

Well, installing windows is simple. Attach the usb, restart the computer, press the boot key and follow the on screen prompts.

It's not gonna work because of the format fat32. Windows will not be able to detect the install.wim next time plz test your method before sharing it
