Sorry for the late response. You can do it with the Mail Merge feature in MS Word. We have recently added a video to our channel related to this. That video is for a Certificate, but you can get help from there to use it for this ID card.

Hi Vishal, This ID card is designed with 2.63 inches in width and 3.88 inches in height. You can print it on an A4 paper and it will be printed in a portion of the page that you can cut it out later :-) This is a standard size of an ID Card. But, if you want to resize it to be printed on a full A4 size page, then you will have to resize the actual design and elements accordingly.
