When you finish filing your tax return, you generate a pdf doc which contains the 1500 box and the 10100 Most likely you already entered the 1500 line $ and now they are asking you to enter the amount shown on the 10100 line of the same pdf doc.

This information can be found on the pdf generated after the tax returned is filled. Open the pdf of your previous tax return pdf doc and search for the 1500 box.
