I saw you explain in other videos about uploading football highlights.. yes you said we cut the videos into 7 seconds per clip. But my question is if I want to upload a match football highlights in order without dragging and changing positions of the cut clips. And I want them to stay in there positions without dragging. Is that possible for my video not to be copyright?

You are likely to get copyright because many people are also uploading same video. That's why you must do small editing to make your own unique
