1st understand how shape tween works. Shape tween points k upar kaam karte hai.. in a rectangle there is 4 points. So, you've to check there is 4 points in the last keyframe as well. Agar 4 se jyada point ho jayega to shape tween aisi problem create karegi. You've to move the rectangle very carefully.
