As someone who's always been kind of scared of puppet animation, I love how these videos inadvertently showed me how much of it is just moving things slightly frame-by-frame and not always tweening. It's kind of like this beautiful hybrid of all three "main" techniques: hand-drawn, computer and stop-motion.

Great video. Not a photoshop animator (I use Gimp, Cartoon Animator and AE) but the key parts are clearly shown and easily transferable to any other drawing product or technique. Thanks a bunch!

I actually just did this and I figured there's less of a chance of getting busted by the Adobe police this way.
