Please make a tutorial about filtering through related items meta field. I have tried everything but results are empty. It would be events as child CPT and locations as parents CPT with a meta field for cities. (Same one to many relations). I made a listing for the events and added a filter for cities.

@@Crocoblock thank you. Honestly it looks a way overcomplicated solution compared to this tutorial. I beleive it is more commonly used, so it should be a a toogle to use related cpt's meta field. Please take it into consideration. Cheers.

well, unfortunately, you can't filter the listing inside the other listing

Thanks but why not use author user role as post relations etc are built in? Is there a benefit to creating the custom author cpt and manually configuring the post relations? Or is this tutorial just demonstrating the feature?

the main advantage of Crocoblock suite is a block structure :) it means that the same result you can achieve in different ways and you choose the one which suits you the most :) so, yes, this guide just demonstrates how it can be achieved :)

Hello, I have a question about the query builder 1. Is there a way to display a parent category and child categories that belong to that parent category on the archive page (when entering any subcategory page) and single posting page without creating multiple queries for each category individually? 2. How to differentiate that selected subcategory. For example, change the background color or font color for that subcategory name. Can you make a video tutorial on this?

we have some general guides on SQL query, but unfortunately, we don't support such complicated cases you can ask our community - maybe someone will help you with it facebook.com/groups/CrocoblockCommunity

at 6:12 you could also have it list the author in the admin view.

am I right to say that you need to have in the wp-admin in the CPT section the section with authors? if so, then admin columns functionality should help you crocoblock.com/knowledge-base/features/admin-columns-overview/ and then you'll need to create a custom callback to show authors :)
