JetSmartFilters Not Working: 7 Things You Need to Check | Troubleshoot

I have this same problem "at 5:30 min" but with Bricks Query Loop & Jet Smart Filters. The query loop is quering the products but whats interesting is that on the archive pages it is working just fine, only on the Search Result page it is not! When I change the filter the query reloads just like in 5:30 but it doesn't affect the results. I tried to put the Query ID (jet-smart-filters) but it didn't work. I tried also tu put same Query ID's on both Query Loop & Checkbox Filter but still is not working.

My issue was with the sorting filter for queried search results for properties. The only change I made was I had to match the Query ID in the query builder not only with the Query ID for the Sort Filter but also put that same Query ID in the CSS ID section of my listing grid that is displaying the results.

For some reason, the JetSmartFilters aren't filtering when put on Elementor Archive Products templates, even though I've change the settings on 'This filter for:' field. No clue why this happens, but it is frustrating. Didn't even work after trying to add in Query IDs following the tutorial.

Hey! I've figured out. Sorry for the comment. Was fighting for few days previously so I came across this video and put a comment down. But, my problem was (for no quite reason) - I used 'Products' widget on Elementor Archive Products template and when putting the JetSmartFilters there and selecting them to apply for either the Elementor Products nor Elementor Archive Products. So, after trying so much other things, I found that there is a widget called 'Products Archive' and after putting that in - the Filters started working just fine

I'm having issues with the sort function. Whenever the sort function sorts the query search for results, it sorts the entire listing of properties instead of just the search results and displays all properties instead of just the queried search results. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Crocoblocks, thank you for the video ! I managed to get the counter thanks to the indexer function for my items in my radio-filter, but I also have a "all items" which doesnt show any counter. Is there a way to activate the counter for "all items" too ?

Is there a way to hide a checkbox filter option (in this case a product attribute) if the results are 0 on that specific element that the filter is filtering (in this case a Bricks query loop).

Could you please check this tutorial to understand better how the list of options is generated? crocoblock.com/knowledge-base/articles/jetsmartfilters-how-to-filter-publications-by-values-from-the-meta-fields-manual-input-data-source/ If you want to build a filter based on the text meta field values you need to build an SQL query (Example: prnt.sc/p_55D8SFg0FT) Then build a checkboxes filter, for example: prnt.sc/nbh9JzFL2ypC I used this SQL query as a source for filter options. Type the meta field key in the Query Variable field.

I found that the source of your options can't be from a Glossary, they have to be manual input in your CPT

it will work with any theme, but the most we are compatible with are Elementor Hello Theme, OceanWP, Astra, Blocksy, and GeneratePress

query id should be used in case of using several widgets of the same type on the same page, and one is supposed to be used as a provider. For instance, if there are two Listing Grids on the page and only one should be filtered, the Listing Grid settings (Advanced tab) should be opened, and its unique name should be set in the CSS ID field and then put here, in the Query ID field of the filter
