hello i love your content if you run an ad from the Facebook business manager(create ad section ) and you set the placement Facebook and Instagram and you start running this ad it won't be published neither on Facebook or Instagram cause it's a dark post if you wanna publish it you need to go Page posts in the business manager and Ads then posts and hit publish to this ad my question is will this ad be published on both Facebook and Instagram? or just it will be published on Facebook page ? and will this post have the same ID on both Facebook and Instagram ? thank you very much please answer me

No, you can't target a specific account. What you can try instead is to modify your audience settings to target the behaviors/demographic that this account falls under. Or you could insert the name of this account under the Interest settings, and this will help you reach the audience that they have. Is there a way to use my instagram business profile as the url in an ads manager campaign that won't take users to the web browser instead of opening in the app? When someone clicks my ad, it takes them to the web browser and they won't be logged in which is a turn off for most people.

For a lot of people with smartphones it should hopefully prompt them to "open app" from their browser screen. Unfortunately, there's not really another way around it at this time.

If you go into Facebook Ads Manager, there is a toggle bar that you can turn ads on and off with! All you need to do is find the specific ad you're referencing, and switch the toggle bar from blue to gray.
