Is there a method where the software like Adobe illustrator automatically creates out line and then we modify them a bit to make it suitable for light box cutting ? Because drawing over a complex images would be too time consuming.

All software like illustrator, Inkscape, photoshop etc are capable of creating outlines but it much less helpful than it sounds. I have tried. In case you get more success do let me know 😊
