Karen Alexander the same way you would import a cut file. Go to import and load it in that way.

Hello! I am using Printbest as my dropshipping company for my t-shirts so do I have to match the t-shirts that I am selling to the t-shirt mock-up I would be using? Are the numbers listed on the t-shirts distinguishing the exact model of the t-shirt? For example the mock-up that is listed as Bella Canvas 3001 if I use that mock-up does that mean it has has to be that exact t-shirt model I am advertising for sale on my Etsy shop? I am new to all of this so trying to figure these things out. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Can I ask you how you can sell Disney products with out getting into trouble with trademark infringement? I see all the time where people are getting Etsy shops closed down for this. Not just Disney but other trademarks that are being used. I’m not being hateful, I’m just genuinely curious. When you are shopping for mock-up images on Etsy or another platform type in the same color and brand from printful. There are tons of BellaCanvas mock-ups and I know printful has their shirts.

I'm wondering this same exact thing. For instance the mock-ups for St Patty's Day on the Flowerchild site is using the Bella Canvas shirt 3001 in a "heather grass green" so you would have to find that exact color in your drop shipping company which I am having a hard time finding. This video doesn't really show how to actually post it to our Etsy store that our drop ship company is linked to. Currently I have only been using Printbest and they do not have these shades of green. I've also searched on Etsy & google and still not finding mock-ups that are using the same colors I have available with Printbest.And to make it even harder I'm trying to use one with a St Patty's Day theme since that is the type of t-shirt design I have made.

Hi I am browsing the web ,cause i want to start my own business, i love your video and understand all, but my question is, if my supplier does not have the shirt that i am advertising then i cant use the shirt in mockup, so then How do i get say a blue shirt that look exactly like the one i am using in the mockup , I am from South Africa, and cant find a supplier here that has got a lot of variety, and i dont think dropshipping is a good idea cause i wont no if the quality is good....? Hey Rachel - are you getting that message from Canva? They have a free and paid option, so using premium images does cost. If you are using mock-ups and PNGs you own putting them together in Canva as I show is free (compared to expensive software like Photoshop!)

If someone is a seller the mock ups are then false advertising bc they won’t be getting the same shirt that is advertised. Yes it’s a great easy idea but for someone that uses this it’s false to the buyer. Only way it makes since for a seller to use this if they have the same products as the photo.

Yes, correct- that’s why you want to find mock-ups that are the same brand/color as you are selling. 😊 Some people also use them for social media or blogs and can use any color/brand to show off the design alone.
