Hello , it worked perfectly for me, thank you! For final users, I granted access to the dataset, but one end user is reporting that the refresh is Unsuccessful. Any idea how to solve the issue? Thank you

Hi @user-ty8lx3hg2m , good to hear it was useful for you. You need to add users who can press the button and refresh. it's through the edit section for the specific flow. It was my plan to create a video and describe it next week.

@@hogolytics Thank you for your quick answer. I was able to add users to the flow. Unfortunately, with the button it is taking 14 minutes to refresh the dataset. Without the button it is only taking 10 seconds, so I need to find a way not to delay the refresh

I created flow by using power automate.... Steps : automate visual from PBI desktop< new

It may take some seconds to minutes for your report get refreshed based on the size of your data. Also, it is better to reopen the report after refreshing or press on your browser to refresh the whole page. Otherwise, If you don't have any interactions, the web page won't change automatically.

Also, if you use last refresh date and time on your report, you have to change your Power BI locality settings otherwise it shows you the UTC time.
