Excellent tutorial! I'm wondering is there a way of limiting the noise on the Z axis other than using the scale? I would like an object to randomly go up and down but I don't want it to go below a certain point? Thanks for any tips you may have.

How can i copy identical modifiers parameters to other curves? Like their blend in and out values and restriction of frame range, do i have to do it manually?

Try increasing the space given to that specific area in which you're trying to open N panel

There is a small filter icon in that window. Open that up and make sure Only Show Selected is UNCHECKED. It was driving me nuts cause I had it and it disappeared, but this fixed it. Good luck!
