No these things are still not possible. U can either create a tunnel or a bridge but not together. Last option u have to use blender or some other modelling software but it is a very difficult and time taking

By pressing the shift and the left button the track does not add to the ground, other than the download package is incomplete. The package shown in the video has more stuff and this one besides not working for me. But I was impressed with this tool and wanted a solution if it were possible.

It appears the you can't have much vertical difference. When I tried to make it go up a hill it seemed to just plow through it and make the road all at the same height. When I pull the nodes up and down and update the road I kind of get something, but not sure it's usable. Really amazing that this is free but I'm wondering if this is the big limitation.
