One thing that I adopted from another KZbinr was to come up with a high, mid, and low energy morning routine. Basically come up with different routines depending on your energy level for the morning, sometimes I have a good amount of energy and will do a high energy morning routine sometimes I don't feel well and will do a low, but either way, you have some type of routine

You just gave me an epiphany. I have morning and evening routines that i have recently figured out--and it has made life easier, believe me. What I was stuck on was putting my day job (I teach English at my own little school in Japan) and my art business I want to create into my life. Health, home--pretty much set. Now I get it--I need to figure out routines for those two areas of my life, as well as my money routine. I keep trying to cram stuff in randomly and it never works out completely. I can't wait for future videos. This series is super helpful. Thank you!

I am not much of a routine person, I generally do what needs to be done... within my nature lol. For 2021 I am hoping to get into a cleaning routine. I hate cleaning and everytime I put it on my to do list, I procrastinate which leads to a bigger more daunting mess to clean. I simply want to break it up into smaller daily tasks so that I dont spend entire weekends cleaning. I've never planned a routine before so I am interested to see how I will develop and incorporate it into my daily plans. I'm loving the series!

I don't see a getting ready for bed routine. You have a get up time, but no go to bed time. A bedtime routine will help you get up earlier. I'm not a morning person either, but I need my alone time first thing and getting to bed early is the key. Also, try getting a cup of coffee a little earlier might help as well. Keep your special coffee time, but, take advantage of a little caffeine early. Remember, plain black coffee or plain, caffeine tea (from tea leaves) won't break your fast. (Some herb or flavored teas will break your fast.) For me, even lemon water will give me a boost but lemon water will break autophagy. ❤🌅🌵😷

My routines are very simple: I have a time like 8 to 10 and there are always the same things in the same order to do: I'm starting with making tea and end with sitting at my office. It's boring, but there is everything inside and I have everything prepared for the day, so I can "rest" in my brain I never forget breakfast or lunch or have to buy something to eat or forget my keys. And the evening routine starts with preparing the next day and ends with time for me.

Hi my name is donna. I have a daytimer planner & ive decided to treat myself to a new planning system because my old one is busting its seems & i dont have anymore room in my 5.5x8.5. The 7 rings cant hold anymore. And i noticed the happy planner has expandable discs so i thought that wd work but i already bought the 2 page per day at a glance refill for 2021. So i cd either buy the mini happy planner & paper punch so i cd put refill i already have in it or give the old daytimer planner with the new refill in it to the thrift shop for someone to buy. The old cover has my initials on it so i was reluctant to give it up. But my daughter said, "mom, how can GOD bless u with something new if u keep holding on to the old." OK, so i guess i got told by GOD & my daughter, lol. Anywho i need some advice. What r the essentials i need to setting up my new mini functional happy planner. I know i need the: planner itself, the cover, the discs 2 inch because i have a lot to fill the planner w/already, & the paper cutter. Is there anything else h wd need? im sorry this is so long.
