Thank you very much. Very interesting and creative. If you use the height and width options on the OFFSET formula, you may spill the results. That way you only need three formulas, one for the employee name (B17), using a height of 10, but empty width, one for the months (C16), using a width of 6 and height empty, and one for the values (C17) using a width of 6 and a height of 10.

Try to use the Excel cell reference instead of the table reference. Such as "A2" instead of "tabExample".
