Very informative video. I'm totally new to this, but very motivated to give it a try. Just wondering (and sorry if it was explained but I missed it), what costs do you have to pay? I assume Etsy gets a percentage? How much does it cost you for, say, that 18000 shirt, and for the design to be printed? Is the cost of delivery added to the price? Or does Etsy offer free delivery? Do you have a formula for pricing you products, or do you just check what similar items are selling for?

Hello Greg! Etsy charges you the 20 cent listing fee + a very small amount per product sold. If you go to our product catalog on our website, you can see the cost that each print provider charges for a product. You then get to decide how much you want to sell yours for, which will determine your profit for each sale. You can choose to offer free delivery if you want, you get to decide how you want to go about it. The cost of the product/shipping is on the product catalog. How would one go about using the embroidery option with a sweatshirt using MyDesign?

Embroidery isn't supported inside MyDesigns just yet. It's a printing technique we'd love to add at some point though through select print providers.

We currently have integrations with Etsy & Shopify. Tik Tok & Amazon are almost complete.

Yes, publishing digital products has been a Pro only feature for ~8 or so months.

The video explains how to create a personalized listing but it doesn't explain the necessary steps to create the personalization when you get the custom order.

If you create the designs with our canvas editor, save as "editable designs" and publish them as personalized products then the order will go into our manual order approval queue, and you can open it on the orders page and simply click "personalize" which will open up the design in our canvas editor with the personalization request/message from the buyer. It takes ~10 seconds to personalize, approve, and fulfill the order - no other tools needed. :)

@@CurtisBlackmore when you do a custom listing, can you change the whole design? Meaning I want to do a custom name listing but they are individual letters in canva. When you get an order can I change out the whole design?

@@JulieWeedling yes, of course. You click personalize, select and delete the elements (on canvas), and then drag n' drop your design into canvas and resize it accordingly, then click approve.
