what about the sit? shouldnt there be a sitting move before the turn? if you just turn theres a tendancy to lift the chest and early extend. sitting keeps the posture and starts the separation i thought.

@@Thegooob95 rotation doesn’t mean you push your hips towards the ball. If you push the hips towards the ball then, automatically the chest will lift… this drill is particularly to improve your ability to separate the upper body from the lower body. Whenever a downswing starts, ideally the COM of the lead hip will be slides on the of the COM of the lead ankle, then a turn in the hips will lead the whole sequence.
