How to Create Soap Pearls w/ Soap Dough

I use soap pearls in my soap designs some what regularly. It really just depends on the soap and the design! I get asked over and over how to make these so I thought I'd make a video. It's super simple to do and they can really add some bling to your soap tops!

My first mica experience was with Bramble Berry's snowflakes sparkle. To say I was in my own life-sized snow globe would be an understatement 🤣. Thanks for the video!!

🤣🤣 I've dropped a jar of it before (and luckily it was almost gone) and still everything thing sparkled including myself lol.

I personally wouldn't use them with bath products. They're soap and they won't dissolve in one use like a bath product and then you'll just be left with floating pieces. I'd check out Bath Fizz and Foam's Bubble Fondant recipe. It can be used to make all sorts of things like sprinkles and are specifically for bath products: www.bathfizzandfoam.com/product/bubble-magic-bubble-fondant-2-0-guide/

By any chance do you know of a way to do these pearls butt for a body butter where they can be used not only for enhancing the beauty of a body butter to give it an extra decoration but also be used on the body? Thank you ❤

I think it would leave you streaked with mica if you used the pearls covered in mica. And since it's soap they'd have to pick out each pearl which is harder/more annoying than just a single soap piece on soap (which some people do). You could play with it and see what you think. I don't think I'd do it.
