In this video I show you how to create a table of contents automatically in Microsoft Word. The steps vary depending on the document you want to automatically list the contents for. But in general, here I am referring to documents such as theses, scientific articles, papers, etc. which have structures such as cover, table of contents, introduction and so on. The steps are as follows:
1. Give section breaks to the sections you want to separate the numbering format for.
2. Use a heading style for each heading title
3. Enter the page number
4. Make the table of contents
