I would reccomend something even better. It takes some time to set it up and there will be a starting investment (web camera), but then no subscription will be required, since it sits in your PC not as a web service. Create character in MidJourney as is described in this video, but then use Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Character Animator and create avatar that will copy your movement even lipsync with you via webcam in real time. It may seems a little bit complicated at the first glance, but there are some great tutorials to help you set it all up in a day even if you never worked with it before. Non of the today's AI movement generators can compete with it.

Upscalling your video is what I was missing cos using D Id voice over made the videos I have created in the past hair or head move weirdly - I will try the cap cut upscale and see how it goes

OK. For the head moving weirdly. Check properly. The image might be tilted or not sitting properly. I use to have those weird movements till I fixed it.

@antoinettemoore-littlejohn1916 OK, so take it step by step. 1. Open a midjourney account 2. Open a discord account if you don't already have before clicking join beta. 3. Then go back to your midjourney account you will see menu, click you will see subscription. From there you can chose a plan to subscribe to. 4. You can go back into discord to test it out or, you can use the Midjourney website it self to start creating images.

Thanks for watching. I know there is heygen similar to D-ID. Now for all the lipsycing tools, they provide you with limited credits per month, so you have to use it wisely. If you want to create a 20mins video, you will need to decide where to use the avatar and where not to. Maybe max 2mins and makeup for the remaining 18mins. If you want to use a talking Avatar through out the video, you will burn out your credit on just one video and it will get pretty expensive very fast. That is why you see some people create a masked avatar and just make it look like it is talking, so they can use it for any length they want without burning a hole in their pocket. But if you want your avatar to talk , you will have to be strategic.

That's strange. Double check the image and make sure it is centered and not one sided. Also try to zoom into the face abit, if it seems far.

What the D-iD what type of account do you need to make this? there is two types of accounts; API and studio. Also how pricey does D-iD get because i noticed in their monthly plans it only includes like 30 mins of video a month that isn't a lot

I use the studio and for the monthly plan that what I use. I try to manage that. I only use it to generate the intro, outro and some I between of my videos. Every other thing is screen recorded.

I don't know of any program that you can create that length of video for An Avatar you won't be paying heavily and it won't be worth it. Or else you want your avatar to be be lipsynced and use a mask, then when you create such avatar, you can use it as long as you like. But if you want it talking like the one I created in this tutorial. You can only use it max for 2mins for strategic places and fill the other mins with something else.
