I love that teachers and schools are learning that one size fit all does not work with all learners. Gone are the days of tablet desks like seen in high schools or the long rectangle tables seen in elementary buildings. The standing desk is going to be a game changer for so many students and teachers too just as you said. Adults who sit all day are at risk for certain diseases as we age. Love this topic!!!

As teachers, we have to set the atmosphere. Flexible seating can either look like a fun toy to be fought over or a seat for the kids who always get in trouble. Unfortunately in NYC they don’t have these options especially for 32 kids. I’m a para and I feel flexible seating would help a lot of students ! I agree every student need different things

I had 25 and it worked well for us. It’s definitely not for everybody. It was a public school, on base. I did have to buy a lot by myself but then luckily the school chipped in for the rest.
