I captured the images separately, using SnagIt, by slowly scrolling in Google Maps/Earth and making sure the tip of the Eiffel tower was in the same place every time. Then I grabbed a screenshot of the browser window of the same size. With the separate images on disk (and numbered in order), I just dragged all of them to the timeline and they get added there alphabetically.

I think it's possible to use without permission for educational purposes (which is true in this case), but I find the 'attribution' part a bit weird and hard to do. Like, the images in this video, as you spin around, the attribution data changes...

Does the preference of the image being taken from 3 seconds to 1 second mean the import time is decreased? or does it mean that instead of a picture every 3 seconds it is a picture every .1 second?

The default duration of images is what will affect how fast they switch. So a picture every .1 second, meaning the images change faster and the animation appears faster.

i have 127.000 pictures, can i do 0.1s and then edit speed so it become 30fps? the movie is 1.1hour 4233sec 30fps, with 0.1s it become 3.3hours. and then adjust speed of the edit?

I don't think Camtasia can handle so many images. It will most likely crash. You need to do it in something else such as Adobe Premiere: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKGaf3xtZ7-XeLM or ShotCut (free): kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5y8Z42AbLmXrLM
