Thanks for this how to video. Very nice, one item I missed was what this map was going to be for, presume a WWI battle for Athens?

Hi! Yes, specifically of the actions on December 1st, 1916. No idea if the map will be good for it, but still a good for a video :)

Does Irfanview have a plugin to split the image into multiple images or files?

I think they might, but I have not checked. One of their best features is colour replacement and the ability to alter the threshold. Supposedly the list of available plugins is large, so fingers crossed!
