Hi, 1) The Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API itself doesn’t directly provide a built-in play/pause functionality. However, you can achieve pauses by using Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML). SSML allows you to add specific instructions to control the speech synthesis process. 2) The API itself doesn’t directly provide mute/unmute functionality. However, you can control the volume gain using SSML. 3) The Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API can be used across various platforms, including Android, iOS, web, and desktop applications. You can integrate the API into your applications regardless of the platform, as long as you have access to the internet and can make API requests. I'm currently using the free trial that allows me access to everything in google cloud. Being that I do not have a technical background, most of what google cloud has to offer is of no use to me, however, I like having the use of over 200 plus voices to which I can use for audio projects. When the free trial ends next month, I know certain services will be shutting down. But will I still have access to the voices?

Google Cloud Text-to-Speech doesn't exactly work like a traditional free trial with full access that gets shut off. There is a free tier that applies specifically to Text-to-Speech, and it sounds like that's what you're using. Here's how it works: Different voice types have different free tiers: WaveNet voices: 1 million characters free per month Standard voices: 4 million characters free per month After you reach the free limit, you'll be charged based on the number of characters you convert to speech. Hi Mohammad, We did not try this scenario. But, here is the response from bard: Yes, you should strip away the graphics before you paste it into either Wavenet or Google TTS. This is because both Wavenet and Google TTS are text-to-speech models, and they are not designed to process graphics. Google Text to Sppech supports multiple languages, but wavenet extension doesn't have feature to include multiple languages at same time. Great information. So I grabbed that Chrome extension you mentioned, recoded it to use Neural2. However, the audio quality when using that vs. the demo on Google's site is drastically different. Any ideas why? It is kind of strange. Is Google using some special parameter on their site? In other words, when I use the API, the quality of the audio is much worse than what their demo tool has. Have you noticed this?

Hi Gadgetify, The speed, pitch, and voice settings may be the reason for the difference in quality. We did not notice any drastic change in voice quality.

@@LearnWoo it's interesting. The speed, pitch, and voice settings are all the same but audio quality for me is much worse. I am obviously using Neural2 which is not what the original extension supports. I looked at the code and it should work. Seems like the tool on their site delivers higher quality audio than when you grab it with an extension. I will keep testing :)

Entered my card details did a transaction of rs2 for verification. Still at the end there was some error and the process got discarded. I even got a msg from my bank that my standing instructions with cloud services are active for upto rs75k and that's what I'm kinda worried about. Please help me if you know anything about this...

But you jump steps and do not show the what your doing on screen. your not explaining properly especially the first option. you do not show people how to access wavenet and use it properly. paste text where.
