We're not sure what you're wanting, the submission would not appear on the front-end of your site normally but if you do set up the form to submit to the front-end of your site you could make it require admin approval.

6:27 this section needs some work. please redo it. "In the reply-to field, enter an email address you'd like any replies sent to the email notification to be sent to" - really, what does that even mean? Why is there no explanation about the general use of these fields or best practices?

The field sends it to where you receive emails and it depends on your organization for what the best practice would be. The most important thing to ensure is that you send the submissions to an email address where the submissions will be seen.
