If the ICO's wallet has insufficient funds to fulfill the contract (for example Joe sends the company 1 ether for 10 TBT but the company only has 9TBT left) could you add an if statement in the payable function to give Joe the remaining balance and send him back 0.1 ETH along with it?

sir may i ask, if we already own a token, let's say i have created a token that registered on etherscan, and now what should i do to make my token have a price, i heard that i have to go campaign an ico, so people will help for the projects, but my point is, how do my token get price? what if i have $100k usd how do i make my token had a price, should i put the $100k usd as ethereum and put into to the contract address of the token or should i put as many as eth to my wallet that own so many token that i created? or how? and how do i even import or login the contract address into a wallet?? please help me thank you :)

hi Ivan, can you please and answer me a question that been bothering me for a while ? i live in Sweden ( i lived here for merely 2 months ) if i exchange altcoins with bitcoin will that be considered a taxable event? ( because you realized the value of bitcoin? ) if that could be countered as taxable. so basically, you have to pay 25%tax for exchanging crypto to crypto and when later on you decide to sell those crypto for flat then you have to pay another 25% tax for the profit you make? wouldnt that be too expensive and not worthwhile? ( i know you dont have to pay tax if you bought coins with flat in EU ) will you say dont touch other coins other than the ones that can be bought with flat on Coinbase. hope you are keen on helping me
