I use letters to make custom sentiments a lot -- you can put them all on one block together like she did with the print style letters, just know that there will be more distance between the letters than if you stamp letter individually -- I think the script letters won't look good if they are all put on a block together -- I don't have a lot of little block either, I just take the letter off and then add the new one one at a time.
