It’s nice to see you stamping without using a stamping aid. The old fashioned way! Beautiful cards!

I find that the hardest part of making a card is deciding on the theme, color, style, and sentiment. Once those decisions are made, the actual execution of putting it together goes fast. I make most of my cards for particular people, so the sentiment is very specific to them and to the occasion. There are so many styles (A2, A7, portrait or landscape orientation, easel, pop-up, box, z-fold, etc.) and so many themes (floral, balloons, sports, country and western, modern/abstract, etc.), it takes a while to make a decision. I find it helpful to go to Pinterest or KZbin for ideas, and your channel is one that I really enjoy. Thanks for some great ideas!

What a great idea for gluing on more intricate die cuts!! I can easily make a sponge like that! The entire die cut gets glue that way without it oozing out. I love having quick card ideas. I usually spend quite a bit of time on my cards, but when pressed for time this design with your different embellishments would definitely simplify things.

What kind of adhesive are you using in the first card example? The 'hello, dear friend' card when you are adding the tiny, intricate die cut leaves and flowers... I looked through all your supplies, and checked the links, but still couldn't seem to find a link for that roll of adhesive that you use. Thanks so much!

Funny...when you said you were going to stamp it again, I held my breath. I thought you were going to actually stamp over top of the first image. I am amazed at how many stampers don’t use the hyped up Misti. I actually made a replica and never use it. I’ve pretty much have mastered stamping after making cards for over 20 yrs. Getting back to your cards...beautiful!
@TheCreativityCave5 жыл бұрын
Hi Pat, While I don't know exactly which card you are referring to since this video is almost a year old, using a Stamp Positioner like our Stamparatus is great when you start with it. I love my stamparatus, but only use it for specific situations in my stamping (I am to lazy to use it for everything) and so that doesn't allow you to "restamp" unless you start with it. I, too, agree, that after over 20 years of stamping, I am pretty good, and don't have much trouble. I do find that my Stamparatus is a very valuable tool, but, like I said, just for very specific things....
