@lucid.6610 Start writing down the dreams you've had throughout your life and basically connect them. Especially if they're already dreams that have referenced eachother. I also used dream incubation allot for this

I don’t know why but I seem to never dream about a beautiful Sunny field of white flowers unless I go lucid.

What i would do is assign myself a UI everytime I'm lucid dreaming a screen pops pup with that beautiful ps1 theme song

Playing ghost of tsushima 4 hours yesterday i did wbtb with hypnagogia and had the most beautiful vivid landscape ever, nothing wrong with creating your own world, i watched tipharot galantamine and huperzine a video and dreamed i was in that weird video-game world yikes

After playing video games all day it will make your hypnagogia images create those game landscapes, at least for me i found this out as a kid so i see how this would work

Heya Tipharot. I have a question for your future QnAs. I’m not sure if the youtube comments is the right place but I figured I’d ask anyway. It’s about the Wym Hof breathing method. Do you think it could be used to help lucid dreaming? If so, do you think it would have any unique benefits when compared to standard mindfulness meditation? Loving the videos as always, glad you still upload. You and Giz Edwards are my favorite lucid dreaming youtubers.

I watch shark boy and lava girl again after not seen it for years and in the movie he dreams about shark boy and lava girl, but then it comes to the real world at the end, but it made me think what if when you die you live in your dream world and all your dreams is where you live

I wasnt able to have total control of fighting or shooting in my dreams until i started playing vr games now when i use a gun in my dreams it actually works lol, not to harm anyone but to protect people.

Kind of unrelated, but what motivated me to pursue a persistent dream realm was sword art online lol. I have a vr headset too and struggle to truly enjoy vr mmo rpgs like zenith since they’re so basic compared to sword art online😭 I get what you’re saying too, helped me as well. Wonder why that is

Yes. Lucid dreaming is real and scientifically accepted. You can find countless scientific studies on it. We don’t exactly know the side effects of it though, but modern science suggests peoples’ brains are more active during lucid dreams than normal dreams. Some studies suggest this makes sleep less “restful”. Safe to try and do, just wouldn’t overdo it
