Hi Mahum, you may already know this but I was studying some anatomy & physiology while crocheting this and learned there was a disease called Carpel Tunnel. It can result from repetitive motions with your hand. Some symptoms can be tingling(pins & needles, especially at night) or numbness as well as hand cramps. I was really shocked as I had been experiencing this! I just wanted to spread awareness to everyone out there in the crochet community to please be wary and take breaks (every ~30 mins) from crocheting as well as other treatments, because it can very well worsen over time! If you see this Mahum, please pin this!

so for the cardigan i started with 52 ch because that was 22in for me but it shrinks down to 19 in the more i crochet so am i supposed to make the panels even bigger so it eventually ends up as 22in ?
