Adore this….. I love hexes☺️. I’d love you to do a whole set of shapes that are just using the treble stitch…… “perfect shapes”…… square, circle, triangle etc etc etc (and a nice heart that is well defined and not just a blob like mine turn out!!! I’ve managed to gather a set of nice cotton yarns and I love doin hexes as coasters, they turn out pretty especially in different colours. Thanks for this, a gorgeous tutorial as usual, I’ve my wool and hook ready to do the geometric baby cardigan but I’m engrossed in another project at mo….. set by my daughter (you know the way it goes) It’s a biggish granny cluster blanket in 5 colours that you could call ‘Kath Kidston’ inspired and is soooooo gorgeous I can’t put it down. So, I might do a few nice hexes in various sizes, in cotton, to match. So thankyou Alison for your tutorials, my crochet is a huge part of my life nowadays since I had a stroke, I can’t drive which is a nuisance but I’ve sort of got used to that and am a happy passenger 😝. Yes, your tutorials mean so much to me, clear and concise with no ‘faffing’…… I can easily follow them and love them.

I have made my first granny hexagon, and I will use your tutorial as my guide. Is there a chance you could show us how to turn it into a square please?

I'll have to come back to hexagons, I started following along with you and the tutorial...n goofed 🙄😒. I frogged it back out, & decided that it's just as well bc I have 2 blankets almost done and a cowel going that I started last night. So I need another WIP like I need another hole in the head 😅. Thanks Allison 😁(cowl 🤔🤨🧐sp?)

Hi Alison can you make one hexagon into a blanket .? Sewing them together for me is not good as my sewing is untidy.

I wonder if you could make a larger pair, see them into a hexagon cardigan?

I'm tried it but so far it don't fold over well. I think the granny stitch makes it wavy because it's more stitches in-between the points. I'm going to try an idea I have to see if it works
