How to crochet a Lion (Train series part 5)

For this pattern I used a small amount of desired colors of cotton or wool. I used tan and brown. A Crochet hook and sewing or embroidery cotton for the facial features and a sewing needle.

Hello Kerri, you are good & very patient using a 2.5mm hook 😋 I have used such a small hook before but, find it very tedious & it tends to cramp my hand (even thought it's got a rubber handle) & After a while I got blurred vision, ha ha! But this train with the carriages & different animals is fabulous! I will definitely use it, thank you Kerri 😀 Erica x

Hello Erica, thank you. I prefer to use finer cotton and hooks because I have always used them, making tablecloths and doilies. I also use these designs on baby singlets and bibs. Kerri

De nada, Alejandra. El hilo más grueso está bien, pero tengo un pequeño problema ya que me duele los dedos al tener artritis. Me alegra que estés satisfecho con los patrones. You're welcome Alejandra. The thicker thread is fine but I just have a little trouble with it as it hurts my fingers with having arthritis. I'm glad that you're happy with the patterns.
