Pretty. You talk about stitches, but, how do you measure your front, sides, back to obtain your personal size.
@luckyplatypus
@luckyplatypus 2 ай бұрын
@@TNBredRose throw over your shoulder when you think wide enough. The front panel should sit half way across your breast. For the back you can measure your back and do the back that wide or once again throw over your shoulder and see if the back panel is wide enough. Hope that makes sense.

This looks really beautiful ❣ What if I like to make it in a way that I can button it up? Any suggestions? Thanks.
@luckyplatypus
@luckyplatypus 2 ай бұрын
@@Ya_Love because of how big the gaps are on the alpine decorative edge/border, you could sew buttons on one side and just push them through the other side. Make sure the buttons are a good size to fit. Not too big and not too small

@@lynnmurphy6510 They are from Furls. furlscrochet.com/ I buy direct online from the company in the USA. I wait until they have a sale. For me they are the most comfortable hook. Work great with any yarn and I have no pain at all and can work for hours.

I want to make this, so much! I am 3/xl bottom (18) and an xl top, do you think i could start bigger and decrease? I'm still new to making wearables, especially that fit my extreme pear shape. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
@luckyplatypus
@luckyplatypus 2 ай бұрын
@@AFrayedKnotCrochet To make bigger add more rows. I would suggest adding about 5cm or so, but line up to your body as you go to see. No need to decrease for shape. Add a belt. Looks great with a belt such as an elasticated one.☺️

Do you mean the 6.5 for the 200 chains at the beginning? When adding the 100 chains for the second front panel, I noticed too that she didn't go back to the 6.5 hook but stayed with the 5.5.
@luckyplatypus
@luckyplatypus 26 күн бұрын
@@rhonnak2996 I didn't use the 6.5 on the second chain, the chain of 100. I found I did not need to there as I am adding the band there and it did not make a difference. You can use the 6.5 for that chain if you wish.
