Inserting the cords was tricky, but I figured out a little trick ... insert a paper clip in the end of the cord, and use the hook to grab the paper clip! Works like a charm. 🙂

I like this pattern. I admit wondering why you made 2 blue panels instead of just one and join, but I understood as you went along. 😊 If I may be so bold, I think what you call a "wonky" blue... The reason it's different, or smaller, is that you used the yu/yo instead of yo/yo like you did with the red and white. The yu/yo method does make the stitches smaller than yo/yo. I use the yu/yo method in amigurumi, then did yo/yo with the exact same pattern, tension and yarn. The yu/yo was smaller than the other. I don't know why it makes the stitches smaller, but it does. 🤷🏼‍♀️
