Thanks Van! I love the visual. Tip for anyone who's doing this for the first time, install the Video Speed Controller to your chrome apps, so that you can slow some of these initial steps. I can't wait to try this.

I have had the speed some what slowed by changing it in the settings from normal to a smaller time .25 or choose a different number to a slower pace than the normal but it doesn’t work out as well it gets kinda choppy as I think it’s to slow so I try a the next one in the list anyway I’ll keep trying

Hi ,I’m amazed how gorgeous this angel is & I love making them as gifts &thank you for sharing but I’m having trouble with how many dc. & are we or I suppose to have after the row with the V st. I’m an expirianced crocheter so if I don’t no how many in the seiquence which could be in brackets for a certain part of the body or sleeve area,please show where in the angel you are crocheting so I or anyone who may be having same trouble but I’m also using a #3 weight crochet cotton yarn from Micheals or Walmart I shop at both thanks for your reply

Hi Van I love the Angel , however I found it a little fast in parts the body and when doing the halo , just a thought , I am a visual person so found myself having to rewind , pause so many time , I am amazed I finally finished , it looks beautiful.. Thank you ❤️

Ok i m trying this now and I wish there was a close up so that I know where exactly to put my hook in. I've gotten to the 3rd round and its not looking very uniformed :(

Hello Van, you didn't show how you joined the Halo to the Angel. What happened? I love the way you did it and I will eventually try it myself when I can get some yarn. Low the work and keep going. Jesus loves you! Have a blessed day.

Good morning Angela, thank you to reaching out to me. The halo for this angel is not on top of its head. It's the large halo or wing I glued on her back. 😁

It's a beautiful angel. I really like it myself. It's easier than it looks. Let me know how it works out for you when you're ready👍

Hi Van, this is the most beautiful Angel I’ve seen yet. Is there a pattern for it, I would like to try this

Hi Joan, thank you for watching my videos. Shinning angel is a beautiful project. Published in a little booklet : Yuletide Treasures by Mary Buse Melick. I believe there is a lady with license to sell her patterns on Etsy. I've tried to make this tutorial easy to follow. Please let me know how it goes♥️

Hi , fellow crocheters I had just figured out my mistake in the row where you have made the V stitch & so for the next row where you should place 2 dc. Stitches is in-between the V space & the space where those dc are leaning away from the V st that are touching the-next in , Ihope this explains I only saw this as I enlarged the my screen on my iPad so I could examine closely the double crochet stitches after the V stitch row that is being work up to that pictorial row V st

Hello again sorry for my confusion I now noticed that there are sequences that are very hard to follow as I’m very visual when it comes to where to place your dc. or stitches as we follow the instructions in the video I guess there should be maybe a little graffiti to the right up above the screen to follow while trying to see our placement in our own work which may be slightly different than what is being seen so sorry for my response to want help those , I have rip out what I’ve done so far ;(

Round 13 you say to double crochet in each of the 12 stitches two times for a total of 26 stitches. 12 times two makes 24, so what number are we to end up with? 24 or 26? Also in the next round you don’t say how many v stitches to make before the sleeve. Sorry, but you’re going a bit too fast. It looks like a nice angel but the instructions are too confusing to follow.
@jeandevries6522 жыл бұрын
Ok, I continued on, and realized it is 24 stitches that we end up. That makes the following row work out also. I still like the pattern and will continue on with it 😊
