Indeed, it's a simple but very pretty flower. I love the idea of the crocheted knob in the middle. I usually sew on little pearls, but they don't always look nice on all the flowers.... Thanks so much for sharing your design❣️

Excellent tutorial. Liked the close up; easy to see. The center bubble is the finishing touch other crochet flowers lack. Thx.

Thank you! Finally an easy flower that doesn’t get me lost stitching in on itself. And instead of the doing the bubble, I’ll be adding a button to the centre. Looks very cute. Also .. they way you explain the magic circle is so simple. Other tutorials confuse me or they just skip explaining it. So a massive thank you!! One little tip if I could suggest would maybe be to move the camera away just a little cause I kept hearing your hook scratching against the camera. But other than that, you video is 10/10 :)

Love this flower tutorial. Beautiful! Would you tell me what kind of yarn you are using? I’m new at crocheting flowers and wondered which yarns are best for small flowers for a baby headband. Thanks!
@KikiCrochet4 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! This yarn is acrylic and size 3. You want to use the same yarn as the headband and I would recommend anti pilling baby yarn, which are best suitable for babies. 💜 💛 💚

Hi, this is the perfect flower! I have been searching for days for the perfect flower to compliment my squares!! I have a question, how would I go about attaching it to my blanket? The space I am putting it in is a triangle.
@KikiCrochet6 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much, Pietrina!! You'll have to center the flower in the middle of the triangle, put a few pins around to stabilize it and start sewing in the outer stitches of the last row of flower petals.

To slow down the video, click on the sprocket symbol, which is the Settings button, on the screen, a Playback speed will pop up, pick the speed you need . I slowed it down to .75, the .5 was a bit too slow. My teenage son taught me that trick. I am a fairly new crocheter, and this video really piqued my interest in crochet flowers. Thank you! I created a lovely scarf using about 70 flowers all stitched together. I would post a picture, but not sure how. I'll have to ask my son. So a big Thank you to Kiki! @UCirH119eUV9-QFP00hEp1gg

Even though I don't believe it's fast, there's a pause button under the video.

I am a beginner so I need to see close up and slow. I am learning the crochet terms and stitches. I guess I just need to look for beginner videos. Thanks
@louisedery10496 жыл бұрын
You can put the words Magic Circle Crochet into KZbin and find many really good tutorials to learn how to make it. Practice making the magic circle. Lot of different ways to do it. Then when you learn it come back to this tutorial and make the flower. If you are going to crochet, you will need to know how to make the magic circle.

Can you slow it down
@KikiCrochet7 жыл бұрын
I'm already working slow enough and explaining verbally as I go through the flower. If you need slower, go to the Settings menu that's under the video and make the pace go even slower.
@firewomyn114 жыл бұрын
Use the settings button on the screen, when you click on it, it will have a playback speed selection.

Suppose to be for beginners, can't tell what you are doing.

Yes, you can. If you don't know how the basic stitches look like, I suggest you start with the according videos and then try to work different patterns, designs, etc.

@cjjebsen-ross72623 жыл бұрын
To make every video slow enough for all levels of crochet experience would result in exceedingly long tutorials. In my opinion, at some point it's up to the viewer to bring a basic knowledge of crochet, and take advantage of the pause/rewind & "speed" features available on all KZbin videos.
