Thank you very much!! Yes, it can definitely be adapted to an adult size by following the same steps as you do for the baby one, you only have to crochet bigger pieces!! Measure your back, from shoulder to shoulder and from your neck up to your lower back and try to make a piece that's as much as possible close to a square.

Sorry, I can't tell you with how many chains to start with, because that depends on the yarn and crochet hook that you will use. Measure how wide is the babies back, from one shoulder to the other, and your chain stitch is going to be that long.

The crochet depends on the yarn that you're going to use! If you use medium weight as I am, you're going to need a 4mm crochet hook, and as for the size I explain in the video how you can adjust! :D
