The video technique for providing instructions is very good. Not too fast, repeats the stitches more than once. Very clear.

Really quick and easy if you use a helping needle for the two loops! 😊

What yarn are you using? I love it!

Hi! I'm using Caron Simply Soft in Light Country Peach! :) It's one of my fav yarns for peach doll skin. If you'd like to see the dolls I've made using this yarn, here's a link: www.sweetsofties.com/2018/03/best-yarn-for-peach-colored-skin-on.html

Marcel Nakata hi! If you’re referring to my pixie pattern, yes! Both the arms and legs use the icord technique. Hope this helps!

This is a lot harder than I thought it would be! Mostly because I keep losing hold on the dropped loops! But more importantly, how do I change colors in the i-cord so I can add sleeves/gloves on my pixie?? 😊 I can't find a tutorial for this!

the same thing happened to me... i tried but it didn't work hahaha

Try putting the 2 stitches on another crochet hook, I couldn’t do it with holding the stitches as I had to hold them tight then it didn’t curl or I lost the stitches still. I ended up sort of knitting with the 2 lol I changed colour, just yarned over into the stitch on the right with the new colour then had to pull the original yarn tighter when weaving in to get the curl. Hope it may help 🤞🏼

This video is supposed to have over come an issue you mentioned on the older video about this i cord crochet technique, but it appears to me exactly the same 🙂 am i mussing something here? Thanks a lot for sharing 💕
@SweetSofties4 жыл бұрын
Ebtehal Fahd hi! The issue was the volume in some parts, which I fixed. The content is the same. Hope this helps!

Very easy to follow and understand video. However, I am using the Carron Simply Soft yarn and it keep splitting which makes it very difficult to put the loops back on the needle. Ugh!
@SweetSofties3 ай бұрын
Sorry! It takes some getting used to with splitty yarn :( I'm also using Caron Simply Soft here and it's quite splitty!

Finding yarn skin tones have been a problem to match the yarn weights. Thanks 😇 😊
@SweetSofties2 жыл бұрын
It can be tricky! I mostly work with medium weight yarn but have found skin yarns that I really like in this weight, such as Caron Simply Soft, Hobbii Amigo XL, and WeCrochet's Brava Worsted! They all have some different skin colors!
