I think I'd try the same pattern, but make a sole, do less single crochet, and sew on. Also I'd sew the first 10 slip-stich the other side, so it looks neater when it's cuffed. Thank you for showing how to make the booties though. I'd never have thought to do single, and slip. x

The pattern looks very cute but I think it's very deceiving. At the end (min 12:36) the bottom of the shoe gets tucked in. How would you do it with an actual foot? It just doesn't look comfy at all.

If only the measurements had been at the start! I ended up with a bootee that would have fitted a three year old! Using the same number of stitches I had 25 cms and needed 14!!
