I would do in a row, then stitch the edges. I'm sure you could do a circle, but I don't have the chain math for that 😸😹

Depends on what size blanket. But I made 155 CHs recently for a throw size. Hope this helps! 🤗💗

This might be a stupid question but if in the chains in the first row I chain 6, skip one and sc down 3 of them, then chain 2 and continue the row, will the bottom row of cats get floppy paws?

Okay here's an attempt: ch6, (ch7, 4sc from second ch from hook, ch2)x however many you want I guess?, ch4 Now I just need to follow your tutorial again to finish the cats and see how it looks :D
