How to Crochet Chunky Lacy Scarf, Bernat Softee Chunky Yarn, Crochet Video Tutorial

In this video, I show how to crochet chunky lacy scarf (that matches the hat from the previous video) using super bulky (category 6) yarn.
Materials: three skein Bernat Sortee Chunky (100% acrylic, 324 yards, 300 grams), color Seagreen.
Crochet hook size K (6.5 mm) .

Chain your desired length, but make sure the amount of chains is a multiple of 6, plus 3.

I followed your advice to Amazon but this is the yardage they are selling.- Ball Size: 100g / 3.5 oz, 99 meters / 108 yards So I would need about 10 ball for this scarf?

If you are using a bulky yarn, 7 mm should be fine.

No, I didn't, the yarn is quite thick, so the scarf just naturally has that thick texture.
