I know this is an older video, but I had to comment. It’s all so well taught, but my favorite part is when you mention how you’re working into the stitch that is slightly smaller. I noticed this as I was crocheting along, and then you said it was the single crochet that was smaller, and I was so relieved, and it’s so easy to see where you need to go as you move along with the project, and confirm you’re working correctly. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Older video but I must still say I am so obsessed with this stitch and very grateful for the video. I'm a knitter, but I've been working on the same cowl for weeks and I wanted to start a project that would complete quickly and give me satisfaction. It took several attempts to not get an extra stitch on the second and third row somehow, but once I got it, I can't stop crocheting scarves. I'm very tempted to make a blanket with this stitch. My first scarf was hilariously huge (96" x 8") as I used super bulky yarn and didn't know what I was doing, but I love it. It's so warm and soft and can cover my whole face if needed :) What a beautiful, simple stitch. Very appreciative.

I have avoided crocheting and prefer the security of having two needles. This video may have converted me. The stitch is beautiful and the finished scarf is so pretty. I'm going to work up the courage and give this one a try.

Yesss! I know what you mean, I can't knit and I find it daunting. Once you get the hang of crochet, you will soon pick it up and this scarf is a perfect place to start.😃🧣

Hello Robin! I really enjoyed your scarf tutorial. It absolutely did work up easily and I love the way the foundation chain and the end look. I was thankful that I found your tutorial because it worked well with the yarn I purchased on a whim because I just couldn’t pass it up. I’m a fan of your channel. Thanks 😊

I did way too many stitches at first (using a thin yarn) and just realized after 2+ hours. It looks very pretty and I'll do it again but not so large HAHAHA The stitches really do look pretty even in thinner yarn, thank you!
