It depends on the yarn weight. If you use some finer yarn, the dress will be smaller. 🙂

I don't know what is wrong with me but I followed every step but it turned out too big for a newborn. It fits my 7 yrs old daughter😅😂

Oh no! When making clothing it´s really important to use the right yarn, hauge and hook, for a similar result as the design. Maybe you can give it another try with a smaller hook and thinner yarn. Either way, I'm sure it looks adorable on your daughter! 😊
